In our Martech Insider Newsletter, we highlight a noteworthy marketing technology each month.
For July 2019, we chose to spotlight Dialogfeed !
Specializing in Social Walls, the company offers four main products helping brands to boost their audiences and fully leverage both brand and user-generated content.
For Martech Insider, Laurent Mayer, Chairman & CEO, agreed to answer our questions and discuss the specifics of his solution.
Saas Advisor has no commercial agreement with the highlighted software vendors.
Hello Laurent,
Can you describe your positioning?
Dialogfeed is the European pioneer and leader in SaaS solutions for boosting brand audiences.
What solutions do you offer?
We provide:
- Content collection from social networks,
- Moderation,
- Curation,
- Reposting on all screens (web, intranet, office TVs, and points of sale).
Your “Killer Feature”?
An all-in-one API and a unique solution for content reposting! In essence, we deliver ROI on brand content and customer UGC by enabling reposting on all screens: web, intranet, TVs, offices, and points of sale!
Any integrations with other tools?
Yes, of course. We work with various partners such as:
- Listening tools (Linkfluence, Talkwalker…)
- Publishing tools (Hootsuite, Facelift…)
- Event solutions and tools (Mobile Actif, Eqwall, Live Pocket…)
Can you tell us more about your API policy?
Our API (1 JSON, 1 XML) is a major strength and is very open! It is highly appreciated by our agency partners and CTOs or project managers who use it.
What is your strategy for market visibility?
Our strategy primarily involves Inbound Marketing. Additionally, we build numerous partnerships with agencies and participate in professional trade shows.
Once acquired, how do you handle client support and onboarding?
For our VIP clients, we provide live chat and phone support. Our Customer Success teams offer on-site training at the start of the project.
What are your goals for 2020?
Dialogfeed has just launched a new strategic SaaS offering for dynamic multi-content display: SignageFeed, which places client content at the center of brand communication. This offering includes AI modules to facilitate moderation, curation, and auto-tagging of posts to map them with Google Shopping or Magento, for example. Simultaneously, we are pursuing a build-up strategy of mergers and acquisitions with peers and/or complementary companies to expand our offering and boost our technical and commercial capabilities.
How do you see the evolution of your market?
In our discussions with clients and prospects, we sense a strong need for innovation and a constant demand for expanding the product and service offerings we deliver to key accounts and agencies. This is why we are implementing the merger strategy mentioned earlier. We hope to announce a new funding round soon 😉!
